I’m Stan Sile. I help professionals communicate clearly, confidently and professionally in English.

I’m a native English speaker, fluent Russian speaker, TEFL certified, with a BCom, MBA and 22 years of experience in finance and investment banking. I progressed from Analyst to Director level and have worked in high-pressure corporate environments where communication affects interviews, promotions, stakeholder trust and business decisions.

ProSpeak Coaching was created for professionals who need practical communication support, not generic English tutoring. The focus is on interviews, workplace English, business communication, professional tone, pronunciation, writing and confidence in real business situations.
