About Me

I’m Stan Sile. I help professionals communicate more clearly, confidently and professionally in English.

I’m a native English speaker, fluent Russian speaker, TEFL certified, with a BCom, MBA and 22 years of experience in finance and investment banking. I progressed from Analyst to Director level and have seen first-hand how strong communication can shape interviews, careers, teams and business decisions.

After 22 years in finance, I’ve seen how often careers are shaped not by technical knowledge alone, but by how clearly people explain themselves under pressure. Good communication is not decoration – it is a professional advantage.
